Sales Terms and Agreement, Refund Policy and Student Requirements:

A student is entitled to a full tuition refund (minus a $25 administration fee) if ALL of the following conditions have been met (for Oregon see below): Special Note: Tuition refunds are usually governed by each individual state in accordance with anti-discriminatory laws as they pertain to tuition and enrollment guidelines. We are happy to issue any student a refund as long as the criteria is met per that state agency's laws and guidelines. a. Refund is requested within 14 days of the student’s registration date, and WebNet Real Estate School, Inc. has received a written note (email or fax is acceptable) canceling the student’s enrollment and requesting a refund b. the student has not logged onto the online course; and c $25.00 administrative and processing fee may be charged on all tuition refunds. No refund will be paid until the written refund request has been received by WebNet Real Estate School, Inc. The refund will be paid within 5 days of receipt of the written refund request. A transaction and storage fee of 9.5% will be added to the total of every order which covers the storage and maintenance cost of your course data, exam data and certificates of completion for a period of 2 years.  Refunds of the storage fee will not be included for any courses which have been started by a student.  Students that complete a course will be able to obtain their certificate of completion immediately upon finishing the course and will also be able to obtain copies at any time by logging in to the website for a period of 2 years following the date of enrollment in the course.  Students will also be able to see a transcript of their course work for a period of 2 years.  WebNet Real Estate School provides copies of transcripts to the State upon request and may also provide authorized State personnel online access to our website for the sole purpose of validating a students participation in our online programs.  If you receive a letter from the State indicating that you have been randomly selected for an audit of your online education, please feel free to contact us as we can handle that for you.
